Limited Edition Calgary Stampede Belt Buckle

Love this little bow-legged dude. We believe he was the Stampede Cowboy from the 70's to early 80's. This is a delightful Limited Edition Belt Buckle from British Airways in 1981 when they started flying into Calgary:  Number 1 of 1000.

They were handed out by Stampede Queen, Cathy Robinson and her Princesses, Diane Hamilton and Barb Penner.

"When you send them all home with a White Hat and a Belt Buckle, it's obvious they're going to think of us." Mike Ross Chairman of the volunteer committee as commented to the Calgary Herald.

Even the back is pretty and OMG! it's a bottle opener!!
